Trails of Signal Mountain loves your furry friends! For one pet, we require a $350 non-refundable pet fee plus a $15 monthly pet rent. For two pets, we require a $500 non-refundable pet fee plus a $15 monthly pet rent per pet. Our restricted breed list includes Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Spanish Alanis, Shar Peis, Tosas, Wolf Hybrids, Bull Terriers, Lottatore Brindisinos, Pit Bulls, Mastiffs, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, Presa Canario's, German Shepard's, Cordoba's, or any variation of these breeds. Restrictions are subject to change at any time without notice. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
